My recent stay was highlighted by the warm and welcoming staff, particularly Kendra, Brenda, and Ashley, who went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. The spacious suite was well-appointed and the convenience bar was a nice touch for quick snacks. However, I did find that a microwave in the room would have added to the convenience.

The pool was a great spot to unwind and I loved the relaxing sun terrace too. Just a tiny thing, but I think a few more chairs in the room would have made it even better. 😊

However, we faced an issue with the hot tub being out of order, which was disappointing. It would have added a nice touch to our experience. Overall, the positive aspects definitely made up for the inconvenience, but having all amenities working would elevate the stay even more.
